BMW is setting a new standard with its Aftersales Online System (AOS), a comprehensive platform specifically designed for independent workshops to efficiently handle repair and maintenance tasks for BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, and BMW Motorrad vehicles. The AOS provides access to essential resources such as repair manuals, a digital service booklet, parts lists and ordering options, refill quantities, and the KeyReader tool to determine service requirements—a highly valued feature in daily workshop operations.
Since April 2024, we have been supporting BMW in the promotion and development of the AOS. A key aspect of our work was the creation of a key visual that effectively illustrates the versatility and value of the system. To explain the operation and key features of the AOS, we produced an explainer video that uses a tailor-made storyline to present the content in an engaging and practical manner.
In addition, we designed attention-grabbing promotional items such as mugs, vests, work gloves, or knee pads to keep the AOS visible in everyday workshop settings. A multilingual flyer complements the campaign by succinctly summarizing the key benefits and innovations of the system.
Our challenge was to adapt the AOS’s diverse features to the target audience, ensuring workshops of all sizes could clearly understand its advantages. The successful collaboration with BMW will continue as we work to establish the AOS as an indispensable tool for daily workshop operations and to expand its user base steadily.
